1. About this service
AI Website Builder is an independent early-access experience at aibasedwebsitebuilder.lol. It is not affiliated with Wix.com or any other website builder referenced as a visual benchmark.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are sold through Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans renew each year and are billed in full before access begins. There is no free plan or trial. You can request cancellation through the billing controls or support.
4. Early-access queue
After an eligible paid account starts a build, the interface may show a simulated queue. The queue is a product demonstration and does not guarantee that a website will be generated, delivered by a particular time or made publicly available.
5. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. Do not submit material you do not have permission to use. Any future generated or edited output remains subject to the plan terms in effect at that time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, impersonate another person or company, distribute malware, evade payment controls or break applicable law.
7. Availability
The experience is provided as-is while the product is being developed. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn. Planned maintenance, provider outages and capacity limits may affect availability.
8. Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility depends on the selected plan, applicable consumer law and whether the paid service was materially provided. Contact support before opening a payment dispute.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published when you purchase a plan governs that purchase unless a later change is required by law.
